Camos
An extremely satisfying itinerary, and very challenging due to its length, unevenness and altitude; in many segments the ground seriously tests the skills of cyclists. Found within the Stelvio National Park, in a historical natural context of extreme beauty, this is a path with multiple attractions: the scenery, with magnificent views over the Ponte di Legno valley and the Pezzo Valley; the history, due to the presence of artifacts from the Great War; the architecture, seen when you cross the alpine village Case di Viso which is still very well preserved; the nature, due to the large presence of wild animals and the lush alpine flora; and finally the gastronomy, since you’ll pass by pastures and farms where you’ll be able to purchase local dairy products.
